Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is available to Tree Tops residents through fob access every day from 5:00am - 11:00pm.
  
The Gym Fitness Room is a room within the Fitness Center that several of our group exercise classes are normally held in. If a class is not being held, residents are welcome to use it.

There is a First Aid Kit and an AED unit in the Fitness Center.  

 

There is also a Red Emergency Phone (This phone is for emergency calls only and will activate an Emergency Call). Do you know that if you call 911, it is best to stay on the line with them until they arrive or they need to hang up? This is especially helpful to make sure that they know how to get to our community.

 

If you use any of our supplies, please let the Lifestyle Director know so the supplies can be replaced.
