Lori Sistare
Community Manager
My name is Lori Sistare and I am a native of Rock Hill, SC and have worked in the HOA industry since 2011.  I am excited to be joining the CAMS team after working with two other management companies in the Charlotte area.   Over my years in the industry I have supervised a small office as well as a small portfolio of communities.   I have worked with developer and owner boards and enjoy working with associations to help preserve protect and enhance the owner experience within the community.  I have experience managing single family communities, townhomes, condominiums and a commercial business parks and I hope to be able to bring my industry experience to the Tree Tops community.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and cooking/baking.  My husband and I have 3 adult daughters and 3 adorable grandsons!  I look forward to working with Tree Tops and everyone at CAMS!
General Responsibilities -Meet and work with the Board, Committees, Vendors and Homeowners to maintain the integrity of the community.  The list includes, but is not limited to, soliciting bids from contractors for maintenance work on the amenities, being the liaison between the Board,  Homeowners and Vendors, pay Association expenditures from HOA funds, work with the Board and Finance Committee on the annual budget, coordinate the annual meeting as well as Board meetings.
Hanna Pate
Assistant Manager
My name is Hanna Pate.  I have been an assistant portfolio manager with CAMS for 5 years. I primarily work with homeowners on the Architectural process, community access, clubhouse processes and supporting various community projects. Prior to CAMS I worked at a law firm assisting attorneys in Wills, Trusts, and Estate matters. I have also worked as a customer service representative at a logistics company. Both of these positions have helped me in gaining knowledge on everything that goes in to keeping our clients happy. I went to York Technical College and have a degree in Administrative Office Technology and Paralegal Studies. 
I am from Lancaster, SC.  I have 2 children, a 2 year old boy and an 8 year old girl that keep me on my toes! I look forward to working with and getting to know everyone in the Tree Tops community.
General Responsibilities:  General homeowner communications, process ARC requests, perform community inspections, assign access fobs and gate transponders, website management & trouble shooting, tree house rentals reservations, assist with facility/amenity needs, check processing including coding, scanning and posting to accounts, assist with special projects, file auditing.
Kerri Roth
Lifestyle Director
My name is Kerri Roth. I have been with CAMS for a year and a half. I am here at Tree Tops to help with all the activities and events. If you are interested in reserving a cabin, creating a club, or renting the Tree House I am able to assist you with that. I value fairness and consistency and will exercise both when assisting residents in the community. A little about me personally, I was born in New York but spent most of my life in Seattle, Washington. I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to be closer to my family. 
General Responsibilities:  Community events, scheduling of the cabin, fitness center and Tree House amenities.  Updates the Tree Tops Community Website and sends out email communications from this website. Provides leadership to clubs and groups for starting, scheduling and marketing their group and establishes relationships with area businesses for sponsorships and events.
