Lori Sistare
Community Manager
My name is Lori Sistare and I am a native of Rock Hill, SC and have worked in the HOA industry since 2011.  I am excited to be joining the CAMS team after working with two other management companies in the Charlotte area.   Over my years in the industry I have supervised a small office as well as a small portfolio of communities.   I have worked with developer and owner boards and enjoy working with associations to help preserve protect and enhance the owner experience within the community.  I have experience managing single family communities, townhomes, condominiums and a commercial business parks and I hope to be able to bring my industry experience to the Tree Tops community.
 
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and cooking/baking.  My husband and I have 3 adult daughters and 3 adorable grandsons!  I look forward to working with Tree Tops and everyone at CAMS!
 
General Responsibilities -Meet and work with the Board, Committees, Vendors and Homeowners to maintain the integrity of the community.  The list includes, but is not limited to, soliciting bids from contractors for maintenance work on the amenities, being the liaison between the Board,  Homeowners and Vendors, pay Association expenditures from HOA funds, work with the Board and Finance Committee on the annual budget, coordinate the annual meeting as well as Board meetings.
 
 
Hanna Pate
Assistant Manager
My name is Hanna Pate.  I have been with CAMS since 2016 and started with Tree Tops in 2020. I attended York Technical College and have a degree in Administrative Office Technology and Paralegal Studies. I primarily work with homeowners on the Architectural process, community access, daily operations here at Tree Tops, and supporting the community manager, Lori. Prior to CAMS I worked at a law firm assisting attorneys in Wills, Trusts, and Estate matters. I have also worked as a customer service representative at a local logistics company. Both of these positions have helped me in gaining knowledge on everything that goes in to keeping clients happy. Please reach out to me if you need assistance with anything!
 
I was born and raised in Lancaster, SC. I love to work in the yard, thrift, and find fun stuff to do in our community! My husband and I have 2 children, and a plethora of fur babies.
 
General Responsibilities:  General homeowner communications and correspondence, process ARC requests for review, perform community inspections, enforcing community rules and regulations, assigning access fobs and gate transponders, website management & trouble shooting, assisting with facility and amenity needs, check processing including coding, scanning and posting to homeowner accounts, assist with special projects, file auditing.
 
 
Kerri Roth
Lifestyle Director
My name is Kerri Roth, and I have been with CAMS since 2020. As the Lifestyle Director, I’m dedicated to helping Tree Tops remain an active, engaging, and welcoming community. I support residents by coordinating events, assisting and supporting club and group activities, overseeing amenity reservations and rentals, and providing general lifestyle guidance. I’m committed to fairness and consistency in every interaction and strive to make each resident's experience positive and enriching. I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, to be closer to family and feel fortunate to work with such a vibrant and involved group of residents.
 
General Responsibilities:  The Lifestyle Director is responsible for developing and executing a diverse range of community programs and activities that promote engagement and enhance the resident experience. This role includes oversight of all scheduling for events, meetings, and club or group functions, as well as the reservation of cabins and other community amenities. Responsibilities also include the development and coordination of the onsite fitness program in partnership with certified instructors. The Lifestyle Director negotiates and manages contracts with entertainers, instructors, speakers, caterers, and vendors to support community events. Additional duties include the creation and distribution of both the weekly Lifestyle Newsletter and the Seasonal Newsletter, maintaining up-to-date content on the community website, and ensuring consistent communication with residents. The role also involves cultivating partnerships with local businesses through a structured sponsorship program. Serving as a key resource for residents, the Lifestyle Director provides information and support related to all lifestyle programming and community activities.
