Fobs

As a resident within Tree Tops, you gain access to the amenities using your amenity fob. 

Key fobs are provided at closing. If you have purchased a resell, the fobs should be transferred to you at closing. If they are not, there is a $25 fee per fob. Additional or replacement fobs are $25 each. There is a maximum of 4 amenity fobs per home. To pay for fobs, please make a check out to Tree Tops HOA and bring it to the Business Center. You will receive your new fob at that time. Please be advised that it can take up to 24 hours for the fob to become active.

 

If your fob has stopped working, contact the Assistant Community Manager to have it reactivated.
